1 lg. box lemon jello
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup finely shredded cabbage
1 cup crushed or chunk pineapple
1 Tbsp. vinegar or pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 1 cup hot water and 3/4 cup cold water. Mix carrots, cabbage and pineapple in pineapple juice or vinegar and 1/2 tsp. salt. When jello begins to thicken, stir in carrot mixture and a few chopped nuts (if desired). Put in mold or pan and serve on lettuce with dressing.
