1 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
6 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Eggs
3 Slices of hard (stale) bread
1 Clove of garlic (chopped)
1 Finely chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Soak bread in water for 5 minutes - squeeze dry. Mix thoroughly with meat, slightly beaten eggs, grated Romano cheese, oion, garlic and parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste. Shape into balls about the size of a small egg. Fry in hot oil about 10 minutes or until golden brown. Do not cover until brown on one side. Add to sauce or serve plain.
