2 cups cooked corn (cooled)
3 eggs, beaten
small amount of milk
5 cups bread cubes (Grandma used soft ones)
3/4 stick oleo
celery (chopped fine)
onion (chopped fine)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together corn, beaten eggs and a little milk. Add the remaining ingredeiens with salt and pepper to taste and mix with fork. form into balls by wetting hands. Be sure not to pack too hard. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes until light brown. These can also be made into smaller balls and fried in a butter in a skillet.
