1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. corn syrup
2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter baking sheet. Spread pecans over sheet.

Cook sugars, syrup, evaporated milk and butter in medium sauce pan until 234. Stir frequently while melting, about 10-20 minutes. Once mixtur begins to boil stir occasionaly until becomes soft ball stage. Will take about 30 minutes.
Remove and add vanilla. Pour over pecans and let set up.
Once set cut into squares and dip into melted chocolate.
