Yellow cake mix
1 stick butter or margarine
1 can of pie sliced apples (not pie filling), drained
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix together with stick of butter as for pie crust and press into a 9 X 13" greased pan.

Top the crust with a single layer of the drained sliced apples. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top of the apples.

Mix sour cream and egg yolks together and drizzle over the top.

Bake for 20 - 25 min. at 350.
