1 lb. cleaned large shrimp
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, halved
3/4 c. prepared Italian dressing
1 T chopped fresh parsley
2 c. slice fresh mushrooms
1 9 oz pkg. pasta, any variety, cooked
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and stir shrimp and 1/2 c. dressing in large skillet on medium-high for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms, onion, artichokes and parsley. Continue cooking until shrimp turn pink and veggies tender, stirring frequently. Toss with cooked pasta and remaining 1/4 c. salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese.
