2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream cheese softened
1 (4 oz.) can of mushrooms (optional)
1/4 c. celery
1/2 bottle pimento
2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescents
bread crumbs, or dry stuffing mix
Chicken gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery in butter and add chicken, cream cheese, mushrooms, and pimentos. Put two crescents together to make a rectangle. Put a spoonful of the filling inside each set of crescents. Roll up and pinch edges together. Dip each roll in melted butter and then bread crumbs or dry stuffing mix. Put on a cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve rolls hot with chicken gravy on top.
