Directions:
Fold 1" down on paper bag. Pour in popped corn and then pecans.
In medium heavy sauce pan stir in corn syrup, butter and brown sugar. Heat over medium to medium-low heat. Stirring often until mixture comes to boil. Boil 5 minutes. (I boil until mixture measures Hard Crack on a candy thermoter to make sure it will be good and crispy.)
While mixture boils stir together vanilla and baking soda in small ramkin.

Bring off heat and immediately stir in vanilla mixture. Stir to combine well. Will foam up. Then pour over popcorn in bag. Fold bag closed and microwave 1 minute. Take out and shake well. Then microwave 45 seconds. Take out and shake well. Then microwave 30 seconds. Take out and shake well. Cut off top and spread onto work surface and seperate. I use a hot pad to hold bag. Be careful not to burn yourself!!
