4 large potatoes, unpeeled and boiled to fork tender
4 egg, hardboiled
1 c. celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

Cool potatoes and eggs & dice. Combine remaining ingredients. Add more sour cream and mayonnaise if desired. Refrigerate before serving.
