3/4 c. heavy cream 1/4 c. corn syrup 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cook cream, corn syrup, and chocolate in small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in vanilla and set aside until slightly thickened about 30 minutes. Drizzle over cake or dessert.
