Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

10 medium sweet potatoes peeled
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp vanilla
4 Tbsp butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 Tbsp butter
1/2 c. brown sugar

Boil sweet potatoes until soft and drain. Put in a bowl and mash. Add eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, 4 Tbsp butter and beat until smooth. Pour into a 2 qt PAMed dish.

Combine pecans, flour, 2 1/2 Tbsp butter and brown sugar. Put on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
