2 c. yellow squash, cooked & mashed
3 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 t. salt
1 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing, buttered

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion in butter until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients, except stuffing; blend well. Place in 2 qt. buttered casserole dish & top with stuffing. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
