6 c. water
1 1/2 c. beans
2 grated potatoes
2 grated carrots
1 chopped onions
ham hock

Directions:
Directions:
Put all in a pressure cooker.
Filling pot only 2/3 full .
Cook @ 15 lbs. pressure for 30 min.
