1 pkg. Ramen noodles
1 c. chopped pecans
2T. butter
1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
1 head broccoli flourets
4 green onions, sliced
Dressing:
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 T. soy sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Brown noodles & pecans in butter. Mix dressing ingredients and toss with salad ingredients immediately before serving.
