1 3/4 cup flour
l tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tbls milk
1 tsp vanilla
Hershey candy kisses

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda and salt. Cream together shortening, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar. Add the egg, milk and vanilla.
Blend the dry ingredients and mix. Using teaspoons form into balls. Roll in sugar and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 minutes at 350. Remove from oven and place a solid milk chocolate candy kiss on top of each cookie pressing down to that cookie cracks around the edge. Return to over and bake 2 minutes longer.
