1 package yellow cake mix
1 package lemon gelatin
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
4 eggs
1/12 cups confect. sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and gelatin. Add water, oil, and eggs. Beat 3 minutes on medium. Pour into 13 X 9 X 2 inch pan that has been greased on the bottom. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Prick top with fork. Pour mixture of sugar, juice and rind over hot cake.
