1 cup heavy cream
10 ounces bittersweet chocolate cut into small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Scald the cream. Add the chocolate off the heat, and stir very gently until smooth. If you want this to be a whipped mouse or frosting whip the ganache. Or don't whip and pour over cake.
