1 box German Chocolate Cake mix
cup melted butter
1/3 cup evaporated milk
Mix together & spread of mixture in 9x13 greased pan and bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees.
1 small pkg chocolate chips
cup nuts (Sprinkle these over baked mixture)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 50 caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Drizzle over above mixture and spread remaining of cake mixture on top and bake 20 minutes.
