1 box German Chocolate Cake mix ¾ cup melted butter 1/3 cup evaporated milk Mix together & spread ½ of mixture in 9x13 greased pan and bake 6 minutes at 350 degrees. 1 small pkg chocolate chips ½ cup nuts (Sprinkle these over baked mixture)
Melt 50 caramels and 1/3 cup evaporated milk. Drizzle over above mixture and spread remaining ½ of cake mixture on top and bake 20 minutes.
