5 Large Eggs (or 1 1/4 Cup of Egg Substitute)
1/2 Cup Milk
3 Cups Ore-Ida Country Style Hash Browns, thawed
1/3 Cup Green Onions, Sliced
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (divided)
4 Slice Bacon, Cooked Crisp and crumbled or 1/3 Cup Bacon Bits

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium mixing bowl, beat together eggs and milk. Stir in potatoes, green onions, salt and hot pepper sauce. Stir in 1 cup of cheese and of the bacon. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie dish or quiche dish. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is set. Sprinkle on the remaining bacon and cup cheese over the top of pie. Continue baking for 3 to 4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
