4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts/thighs
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 large container lowfat sour cream
2 cans fat free cream of mushroom or celery soup(undiluted)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in crock pot and add chicken.
Cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until done. Serve over wide noodles.
