4 Cups rhubarb
1 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 tablespoons flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash rhubarb. Trim and cut into 1 1/2" pieces. Pour boiling water over it and let stand for 30 minutes.

2. Combine sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, salt and flour. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Top with meringue.
