1/2 cup picante sauce
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
6 eggs
1 cup sour cream (fat-free)

Directions:
Directions:
Pour picante sauce in pie plate or quiche dish. Sprinkle w/ cheese; set aside. In a blender or food processor, process eggs and sour cream until smooth.Pour over cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.

You can also add mushrooms, onions, olives, etc. if you want.
