Ingredients:  
1/2 cup fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp cayenne
2 1/2-3lb. chicken pieces
1/4 cup margarine, melted
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients. Salt and pepper chicken. Brush chicken w/ margarine. Roll in crumbs. Put skin side up in baking pan. Sprinkle w/ remaining crumbs. Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes. Do Not Turn!!
