1 (13 OZ.) CAN EVAPORATED MILK
1 1/2 C. SUGAR
2 tsp. CINNAMON
1/2 tsp. NUTMEG
1 tsp. GINGER

MIX ALL ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND POUR INTO AN UNGREASED 9X13 PAN. SPRINKLE 1 PKG. YELLOW OR BUTTER CAKE MIX ON TOP. POUR 1 CUP MELTED BUTTER OVER CAKE MIX AND TOP WITH 1 CUP CHOPPED PECANS. BAKE FOR 1 HOUR (NO LONGER) AT 350 DEGREES. IF DESIRED, TOP WITH WHIPPED CREAM BEFORE SERVING.
