1 lb salmon fillets
1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 tsp bourbon
1/4 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup veg oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingrediants and marinate salmon in mixture. Salmon can be cooked however you prefer.

Marinate and grill pinapple slices as a great addition to the salmon.
