18 coconut macaroons, crumbled
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 pts. rainbow sherbet

Directions:
Directions:
Whip the cream; add sugar and vanilla. Fold in macaroon crumbs; place 1/2 of mixture in bottom of 9x13 baking pan. Spread sherbet over mixture and then add rest of cream mixture. Freeze.
