Ingredients:  
-1 lb. Boiled Shrimp
(peel and devein)
5-6 Potatoes (Peel and lge cube)
2 Eggs cup Sweet Relish
cup Mayonnaise
2 tblsp. Mustard
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes until tender.
Set aside to cool.
Boil eggs. Peel and chop.
In a large mixing bowl, mix
Potatoes, eggs, mayo, relish
and mustard. Mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Gently stir in cold boiled
shrimp.
