1 8" frozen pie crust
4 slices crisp bacon chopped
4 thin slices onion sauteed until soft
8 paper thin slices ham, shredded
8 paper thin slices swiss cheese
3 eggs
1/4 tsp dry mustard
1 c. light cream, heated
nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie crust at 450 for 10 minutes. Cool.

Sprinkle bacon and onion over bottom of pie crust. Add 1/2 shredded ham, 4 slices cheese over ham. Add rest of ham and cheese. Beat eggs and mustard. Add cream. Beat some more. Pour over ham. Let sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 until set.
