1 c. uncooked wild rice (see Basic Recipe for Cooking Wild Rice)
seasoned salt, optional
1 1/2 c. halved green grapes
l c. sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 c. diced cooked chicken
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
1 c. cashews
lettuce leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon cooled wild rice into a large bowl; add chicken, grapes, water chestnuts and mayonnaise. Toss gently with fork; cover and chill. Just before serving, add cashews. Serve on lettuce or line bowl with lettuce and fill with salad. Add mandarin oranges, pineapple tidbits or both.
