1 cup margarine, melted
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 16oz pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees then grease and flour pan. Combine margarine, sugar, cocoa and flour.
Add egg one at a time. Add vanilla. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
