2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tsp. Greek seasoning
10 saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 c. milk
Catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ground beef, onion, eggs, seasoning, and crackers. Add milk to make it nice and moist. Put in pan and pour catsup over the top. Bake at 350 until done.

This recipe was given to me by mom and is known in our house as Nana's meatloaf and the kids love it! (Even though they say that they do not like hamburgers - they love this meatloaf!)
