1 1/3 cup Ronzoni Acini Pepe macaroni-uncooked
1 can (20oz) pineapple chunks or tidbits -drained (reserve juice)
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 pk 3-4 oz vanilla instant pudding
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple
2 cans (11oz) mandarin orange segments drained
2 cups Cool Whip
2-3 cups miniature marshmallows (use the colored flavored ones)
1/2 cup flaked coconut(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the acini pepe (frogs eyes) in boiling water and drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, beat together 1/4 cup pineapple juice, milk,. sugar, and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Gently stir in the pasta and remaining ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate at least 5 hours

Kids Love this one! The hardest part is catching all the frogs for the eyes.
(tip) The recipe is also on the back of the acini pepe box in the pasta section at the store!!!
