4 - 6 inch corn tortillas
1/2 . chopped onions
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 minced cloves
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
2 cans chicken broth
1 4 oz can diced green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1 bunch fresh cilantro
shredded cheddar cheese
fresh lime wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Cut tortillas into 1/2 inch strips. Bake 7 - 8 minutes until crisp. Cut chicken into bite size chunks. Heat about 1 tsp. oil in the soup pan. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Stir in broth, tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve over tortilla strips. Top with cilantro and cheese.
