6 T.margarine
5 T. flour
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/4 c. cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
12 oz. spaghetti, cooked
4 c. cooked turkey, cut up
salt and pepper to taste

Melt 3 T. margarine and add flour; cook until bubbly; remove pan from heat and add broth, cream and wine. Cook until thick; add Parmesan cheese. Save one cup sauce. Melt rest of margarine; add mushrooms; cook on medium high until juices evaporate. Cook spaghetti, drain and combine with sauce, mushrooms, and turkey. Add salt and pepper. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Spoon rest of sauce over top. Cover and bake aat 375 for 45 minutes. Place under broiler for for few minutes.
