24 fresh mushrooms
6 slices bacon (chopped)
2 tbls flour
1/2 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup green onions (finely chopped)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
5-6 drops red pepper sauce
4 tbl cheddar cheese (Shredded)

Wash mushrooms. Remove stems and chop fine. Place mushroom caps on paper toweling on carousel or dinner plate. Microwave at medium-high about 70% for 1 minute. Drain and set aside. Cook bacon until crisp; drain. Combine chopped mushroom stems, chopped bacon, onion, salt, pepper and red pepper sauce. Microwave on high until mushrooms and onions are tender (about 2-3 minutes). Blend flour into this mixture and stir in cream until smooth. Microwave on medium-high until it thickens and is smooth (about 2-3 minutes); stir once or twice during cooking. Stir in cheese. Fill each mushroom cap with mixture. Microwave on high until cheese melts (about 1-1 1/2 minutes); rotate halfway through cooking.
