1 lb.hamburger
1/3 c.onion, finely chopped
1/4 c.cracker crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T.milk
1 T.horseradish, optional
1/4 tsp.salt
1/8 tsp.pepper
12 ounce jar mushroom gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except gravy; form into patties and brown. Place in greased baking dish and add gravy. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350.
