1 cups flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 package yeast
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 cup very warm water

Pizza Ingredients:
Garlic olive oil
Fresh spinach
Mozzarella cheese
Feta cheese
Two slices cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1 cup flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in mixer bowl. Add water and oil. Beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Add remaining flour and knead for 5 minutes. Cover dough and let rise 30 minutes. Spread dough on cookie sheet. Let rise 30 minutes.

Rub entire pizza crust with garlic olive oil. Layer spinach first, then mozzarella cheese, feta cheese, and bacon pieces. Cook at 375 for 10-15 minutes.
