1 seedless watermelon, chilled
1 bottle chilled vodka, 750 ml
lime wedges and ice, to serve

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the melon in half and scoop out all the flesh. Put into a blender and process until smooth. Remove to a large pitcher, add the vodka and let chill for 2 hours before serving. For a less alcoholic version, add sparkling water, or lemonade for those with a sweet tooth. Serve with lime wedges and ice.
