10 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
A baking tray, lined with parchment paper

Directions:
Directions:
Pile teaspoons of the grated Parmesan onto the lined baking tray and flatten gently to give equal rounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 5 minutes. Remove the paper from the baking tray with the cookies still on it. Replace with another sheet of paper and repeat with the remaining cheese. Serve with roasted vegetables.
