8 zucchini, cut lengthwise into 1/2 inch slices
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the zucchini slices over medium heat on a preheated grill for 3-4 minutes on each side, until lightly charred. Remove to a plate and sprinkle with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Serve hot, warm, or cold.
