1 lb bulk sausage, browned and drained.
6 slices, cubed bread
5 eggs
2 C milk
8 oz grated cheese, cheddar or your choice
1 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend. Pour into 13 x 9 backing dish. Refrigerate, covered overnight. Bake uncovered 350 for 1 hour.

Great recipe for brunch or overnight guests; when serving top with salsa. This is a basic recipe and you can add whatever you want, such as bacon, peppers, onions, etc.
