1/2 lb bacon
1/2 lb hamburger
3 T vinegar
3/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c catsup
1 onion chopped fine
1 tsp dry mustard
1 16 oz can pork & beans (any kind, take fat out)
1 16 oz can lima beans (drained)
1 16 oz can kidney beans (drained)

Brown bacon. Cut in fine pieces. Brown hamburger. Combine together. Add vinegar, brown sugar, catsup, onion, and dry mustard. Pour over combined beans. Bake in 2 qt casserole dish at 350 for 1 hour.

Always associate this recipe with graduate school gatherings. Works well as a party, family or church bring-a-long. Amounts can be increased and transported in a crock pot to keep it warm.
