1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
3 eggs
1 cup of ketchup
1 cup of plain corn flakes
5 slices of loaf bread
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 . In a large mixing bowl combine the ground chuck, eggs, 1/2 cup ketchup, corn flakes, crumbled loaf bread, bell pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well with your hands and place in a lightly oiled loaf pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup. Return to the oven for a few minutes to cook the ketchup on top. Let the loaf rest for 15 minutes before you try to slice it.
