3 cups cooked, chopped chicken breasts
1/2 cup toasted pecan pieces
1/2 cup white grapes, halfed
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl mix the chicken, pecans, grapes,celery, eggs and mayonnaise. Salt and pepper mixture to taste. Refrigerate for at least one hour, then serve on lettuce leaves. Keeps well in the refrigerator and can be used for sandwiches.
