4 c. cooked chicken cut in pieces lrager than dice with scissors
1 c. celery, finely chopped
1 (5 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp curry powder or more to taste
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 c. fresh seedless grapes
or
1 c. fresh seedless grapes and 1 c. toasted slivered almonds
1 #303 can cold pineapple chunks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together mayonnaise, curry powder, soy sauce, lemon juice. Add this to chicken, celery and water chestnuts. Let marinate overnight.

Before serving, add grapes or grape/almond mix. Lightly toss. Place pineapple chunks on top and serve.
