1 jar (46 oz) whole pickles (I use valasic kosher baby dills)
1 c. sugar
1 T. minced garlic
1 t. Cheyenne red pepper


Directions:
Directions:
Drain juice off pickles and cut into thick slices. Mix the sugar, garlic, and pepper together and sprinkle over the pickles. Put the pickles back into the jar and refrigerate. Turn upside down every day and shake occasionally as juice forms. Ready to eat in about 3 days.
