4 large boneless skinless
Fill in the salad with the following
chicken breasts
3 celery stalks, finely chopped
1 cup miracle whip
1/2 can water chestnuts
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
Chopped apples
2 teaspoons soy sauce
Pineapple tidbits
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
Red grapes

Garnish with green onion

Place chicken breasts in a pot, bring to a boil, turn to low and cook for 3 hours. Drain the chicken and shred into pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover with sauce.

If you soak the apples in the pineapple juice for a minute before adding them, they stay fresh and light.

Serve with fresh dinner rolls or crescents.
