4 c flour
1 t. salt
1/2 c oil and enough water added to oil to make 2 cups
Filling:
10 large apples
1/2 c flour
1 c sugar
cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Dump water and oil in all at once in flour and salt and knead. Also pound against table at least 20 times to make dough tough. Make hole in center of dough which is placed in a oiled bowl and fill the hole with oil and cover. Let rest at least 2 hours.

Roll out dough until thin. Spread warm oleo over this then stretch until paper thin. Add apples over 2/3 of the dough. Sprinkle with sugar mixture then with cracker crumbs and dribble with melted oleo. Roll up tight. Place on greased cookie sheet coil on cookie sheet and bake 1 hour at 350.
