2 lbs fresh spinah, washed, drained, torn into bite size pieces
1 can bean sprouts, drained & rinsed
8 slices bacon diced & fried crisp
3 eggs, hard boiled & chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts
Chopped onions & mushrooms, optional
Dressing:
1 c. olive oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1 t. salt
1 t. Worchestershire sauce
1 T. dried onion

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients & refrigerate 1 day so flavors blend. Toss enough dressing with other salad ingredients to lightly coat. Serve cold.
