24 asparagus
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground pepper
6 slices prosciutto crudo
Parsley sprigs

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the bottom of the asparagus so the stalks measure about 6 inches in length. Set up a steamer with 2 inches of water. Bring the water to boil, add the asparagus, cover and cook until the asparagus is tender-crisp, 5 to 7 minutes. Dress the asparagus with the oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.

Before serving, make 6 bundles of 4 asparagus each and wrap each in 1 slice of proscuitto or wrap each asparagus with prosciutto. Garnish with parsley.
